Separate access benefits from digital rewards
A reward being listed beside a pre-order button does not mean every part unlocks immediately. Check the date, game and challenge requirement attached to that item. We do not issue codes, sell accounts or claim remaining availability for numbered cosmetic rewards.

Before placing an order
If you already ordered, inspect that receipt before buying elsewhere. A missing bonus can be a claim or account problem rather than evidence that you bought the wrong edition. COD MW4 Guide cannot change an entitlement or promise that a platform will refund a duplicate purchase.
- Use the official platform store or a retailer you can verify.
- Confirm the device, edition and region shown on the product.
- Read whether the offer requires a digital purchase rather than physical media.
- Check the final price, discount eligibility, cancellation policy and refund conditions.
- Keep the receipt and make a note of the account that owns the order.
Time-limited offers need their original terms
The official edition guide describes a pre-launch Vault loyalty discount with eligibility rules and an October 23 limit. It excludes Vault upgrades. The Gilded Pearl challenge also distinguishes a regular camo reward from the limited serialized variant; we have not verified any remaining serialized allocation.
Do not treat the original promotional publication date as evidence that every offer remains active. After launch, use this page as a record of conditions and consult the current edition listing for what can actually be purchased.
If a promised item is missing
Gather the receipt, edition, store, purchase date and the exact reward name. Confirm whether the reward belongs to MW4, another Call of Duty game or a later season. Read the support article’s redemption conditions and only then contact the relevant platform or Activision Support.
Keep sensitive purchase details private. A site correction can describe the disputed offer and link its terms without including a payment card, password or recovery code.

Does a physical pre-order include Campaign early access?
The checked Campaign announcement specifies digital pre-orders. Do not assume a historical physical beta-code benefit includes the separate full-game Campaign window.
Can this site redeem a code for me?
No. Redemption and purchase issues belong to the official platform or Activision support channels.
