Tool inputs and browser storage
Release-time and download calculations use the values you enter locally in your browser. We do not transmit tool inputs, selected time zones or free text to Google Analytics. There is no account registration or server-side saved tool profile.
The site stores your analytics choice in this browser so it can remember whether you allowed or rejected analytics. That choice is shared across this site’s open tabs in the same browser profile. Private browsing, clearing site data, another device or a different browser profile can require a new choice.
Optional Google Analytics 4
Before permission, the site does not load the GA4 script. If you allow analytics, GA4 may process page-view information, browser and device details, an approximate location and analytics identifiers. The site uses aggregate usage information to understand which guides are useful. Advertising personalization and Google signals are not part of this implementation.
Use Analytics choices in the footer to reject, allow or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics from this site and removes accessible analytics cookies set for it. It cannot undo data already sent while permission was active. You can clear remaining site data through your browser controls.
Your choice applies across tabs on this site. Browser restrictions or disabled storage can limit how reliably a preference is remembered. The site defaults to analytics off when it cannot establish permission; if you explicitly allow analytics while storage is unavailable, that choice applies only to the current page visit. Rejecting analytics does not disable the guides or calculators.
Advertising and future changes
This release includes no advertising code, advertising cookies or ad personalization. If advertising is introduced in a future release, we will first identify the advertising providers, disclose their use of cookies or other identifiers and provide the choices required for that service. The optional analytics controls described above apply to GA4; they are not an advertising consent system.
Hosting and media delivery
Cloudflare Pages serves the website. Cloudflare services, including R2 when serving site media, can process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser details and security signals to deliver and protect the site. This infrastructure processing is separate from optional GA4.
We do not maintain a visitor account database or publish visitor logs. Cloudflare’s handling and retention depend on its service configuration and policies; we do not promise an independently verified fixed retention period for its infrastructure records.
Contact and external links
Emailing hello@codmw4.org sends your address, message and any attachment you choose to include through your email service, Cloudflare Email Routing and the maintainer’s Gmail inbox. Replies from hello@codmw4.org use Gmail with Resend SMTP. These providers process correspondence and delivery details to handle the message.
We use correspondence to respond, assess corrections or address a privacy request. This release has no newsletter or marketing email subscription. Do not send sensitive account or payment information. Sending email is separate from allowing optional website analytics.
Official sources, stores and videos open external services with their own policies. We use external video links rather than automatically loaded YouTube embeds. Following such a link is separate from your analytics preference on this site.
Retention, requests and changes
Your consent choice remains in this browser until it is changed, expires under the site configuration or is removed with site data. Email correspondence is kept as needed to address the request and maintain a correction record; unnecessary personal details should not be included in that record.
